Villa Purple is located in the exclusive area of Pantogia, a hilly area overlooking the Gulf of Pevero surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The construction dates back to the 90s, the style, of undisputed value, is studied in detail; each room of the house is equipped with unique furnishings and design accessories that characterize the individual rooms; from the paintings and objects of the interiors in both the sleeping and living areas, to the sculptures of the internationally renowned artist Pietro Cascella and the architectural details outside. Comfortable and bright interiors from which the sea of the Costa Smeralda is always visible. One of a kind in its kind for space, position and workmanship, with a fantastic outdoor living area that looks like a painting on the sea. The swimming pool, rebuilt in 2021, and the Orosei marble flooring that surrounds it, composing the solarium, stand out. The villa has four double bedrooms with a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The spacious and equipped kitchen and the large and refined living area allow access to the external areas surrounding the villa and the covered terraces. At the pool level there is a Sardinian Mediterranean style annex with a double bedroom, a bathroom and another room with 2 additional beds.
The interiors of the villa are unique, of absolute value and finely designed to blend perfectly with the context and the modernity of the style of Villa Purple. Rich in objects and furnishings of high design, it is characterized by quality porcelain stoneware in the living area and in the bedrooms, first choice Orosei marble in the external living area and all the designer furniture in line with the modern style of the house. The four bedrooms do not include wardrobes but rather rooms or internal hallways used as wardrobes or dedicated to luggage storage but equipped with chests of drawers and coat hangers. The villa is spread over two levels and is accessed from the highest floor consisting of a large open space living room and a kitchen. The living room has large windows overlooking the sea that allow access to the habitable veranda furnished with an external dining area. From the living area through two staircases located at the ends of the room you access the sleeping area located on the lower floor. The sleeping area is composed of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French windows that lead directly to the external living areas on this floor. The property is completed by an annex located at pool level, which is accessed by going down a few steps. It has maintained the typical character of the Sardinian buildings of the past and is composed of a small living room, a double bedroom, an additional room with two extra beds and a bathroom with shower.
The green area surrounding the property is minimal but characterized by Mediterranean scrub and granite stones. At the main entrance, junipers, olive trees and mastic shrubs stand out. Nearby, slightly elevated, there is a 100 m2 green lawn area. The manual entrance gate, made of wood and in classic emerald style, allows access to the paved driveway. A second pedestrian gate adjacent to the street-side parking spaces allows a second access to the villa.
The wonderful pool and solarium area of about 80 square meters, is characterized by a white granigliato Orosei marble floor.
