The 2nd floor has the open plan living room and kitchen with dining nook, laundry, full bathroom, two bedrooms and the huge deck surrounded by sky and trees. The 3rd floor has two full bedrooms and a den with a pull out sofa, a full bathroom, kitchenette and deck overlooking the neighborhood.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven along with all the cookware, dishes, silver and glassware, blender and items you'll need to create the perfect meals. There are tons of board games, plenty of beach towels and many spots to relax at the house.
This rental is a 2000 sq ft private 2nd and 3rd floor unit of our home. You’ll climb 8 steps to the front porch where your private front door entrance is on left with a lockbox for your key. Inside stairs take you straight up to the 2nd floor and 3rd floors. An additional exterior stair at the side of the house take you to directly to the rear decks and the kitchen. The large deck is the perfect place to dine outdoors overlooking the neighborhood and beautiful gardens.
The house also contains a separate, private, ground floor vacation rental. All amenities are separate and guest need never come into contact. Separate entrances, separate outdoor space, separate bikes.
