For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 5 m, depth 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Ascona Moscia Linie 316" 400 m, railway station "Locarno SBB" 6 km. Golf course 4 km, walking paths from the house 5 m.
