"Room was clean. Odd smells throughout the hotel hallways. Friendly front desk staff. Our rooms door lock wasn’t properly grounded so each time we touched the door we got shocked, not a deal breaker but not pleasant. Overall a fairly pleasant stay for the price we paid."

I spoke to an Expedia support team member to tell the hotel of my request for a first floor room. The receptionist told me that he never got the message ."

"My main complaint was the hot tub. Water was green and had debris floating in it. Temperature was lukewarm and timer had to be reset every 5 minutes. No towels were available at the pool towel rack….. Breakfast was the standard you’d expect, nothing fancy…."
