I was not at all pleased with my stay here. Upon arriving, I was not greeted nor thanked (checking in nor out). I think he may have said three words to me and that was because I asked direct questions. The social hours were very limited, and breakfast was horrible. Not anything I'm used to with other Embassy Suites in which I have stayed. Everything was cold, the gentleman making omelet looked rough, was not personable at all and super slow on purpose (it seemed) the buffet left something to be desired. There were black marks all over the sheets and a towel. The sink handle came off in my hand on the first use. It was not worth the $400 spent for two nights. I've had better everything at $69-99 Holiday Inn Express and other hotels. Will definitely not be staying here again and probably not at another Embassy Suite.

Large clean suite. Very friendly front desk staff. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We really love the complimentary breakfast from 7-10am!

The Embassy suites was a great place to stay for the weekend. The facilities were clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious and hot. There were other things to do on site such as the pool or use the gym. Additionally, they have offer a complimentary drink during happy hour. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. A few restaurants within walking distance and central to where we needed to go with a car. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was great.

Found bed bugs on room 442 and they switched the room. It’s unfortunate. Also guest laundry system is very old and not working properly.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was very nicely decorated, very clean, new looking, and overall an A . The breakfast was delicious with lots of good food.

Zach and Alex were great as was Abigail or Abby the bartender. But KATHRYN IS THE REASON I AM GIVING SUCH A TERRIBLE REVIEW. She was RUDE RUDE to my family, she wasn’t at the bar when we showed up, never apologized after we waited 20 minutes and then proceeded to argue with me and family members. She is NOT EMBASSY SUITES quality. She needs to go and fast and Abigail needs to replace her. Abby was kind, engaging, thoughtful, worked well will Zach was attentive to me and all of our family members. She is the EPITOME of what an Embassy Suites employee should be. Kathryn was a disgrace. If there were an opportunity to give a minus 10 review, Kathryn should get it. Also, they are terribly understaffed in housekeeping and they can do better.

Overall our stay was comfortable. The most annoying thing was finding a $10 per day parking fee on our final invoice. The hotel has a large, open parking lot and there is absolutely no reason to charge a fee.

We really liked the suite with a door between the sitting area and sleeping area. Its great when the kids are ready to go to sleep and the adults want somewhere to unwind.
