“Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed.
Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack.
Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time.
Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel??
All this to have a breakfast barely……
