Cleaning Fee is included in price! Comfortable, cosy stand alone house intrnal access to garage, a very light house. A heatpump to ensure you are warm during the winter months. Double glazed, UNLIMITED Wi Fi, CHECK OUT OUR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATE. Fridge and freezer. TV & Netflix. Off street parking. Queen bed, single and a fold out bed. Close to cafes for breakfast, supermarkets, cinema, event centre, swimming pool, golf course, museum and Lake Hood. A visit to the Ashburton Domain is a must.
Linen and towels provided.

Amazing place

Exactly as described, clean and well equipped.

checkin worked perfectly, owners responds quickly to questions. House can easily be cooled or heated depending on needs. House was clean and we appreciated washing machine and stash of additional linen and towels. Perfect small family stay
