Beautiful house!! Super clean and the hot tub and swimming pool were fun! Kitchen was well supplied and the large TV's were great. Awesome vacation!!

It was OK. The property was billed as "Luxurious." It was not luxurious. It was adequate. The property was billed with a "fully equipped chef's kitchen." It is not a fully equipped chef's kitchen. There was not even a serrated knife to slice a loaf of bread. I bought a knife and left it there. The curtains in the main bedroom did not even cover the windows. There were only six towels for the pool. The house has unfinished areas - like the hallway room in the bottom floor that does not even have baseboards. The pool was nice and we all enjoyed it. And - when I contacted the rental property firm to ask about heating the pool - they said they would be happy to do so - for an (outrageous) fee of 200 a day. The property was an expensive rental and it did not live up to its description or the cost.

Just had a great stay at Brennan Brook with pets. The house was very spacious and had everything that we needed. Although there was an issue with the door lock upon arrival, the management company was super quick to respond and get us into the house. I only wish we had had more sunny days for the pool! This house was convenient to everything in the area...pretty much 15-20 min to everything!! A big bonus! Don't hesitate to book in the future.

4th of July Getaway

My family and I decided to travel for the 4th of July as a quick weekend getaway. I traveled with my sisters family, as it was her birthday, and we wanted to be together to celebrate. The house was large and accommodating to our crew of 8. The kids loved the pool, game room, and movie room. We would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Reunion

We were delighted with this beautiful house and location! It was all adults at our gathering and everyone loved something about it. The game room was a big hit with a ping pong tournament being the highlight. The fire pit and hot tub were splendid but, honestly, we spent most of our time at the dining room table or on the back porch. Lovely place! Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay

This was a great house for out 9 adults 55+. Would also be a great place for families. We used the hot tub, fire pit and game room. Also, 15 minutes or less from anyplace in Asheville. Either driving or using ride shares .

Lovely rental

This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub, downstairs theater, arcade and ping pong table were enjoyed by all of us. The home was spacious enough that all had a private space and bathroom. The block where the home is located is safe and lovely. It is a drive away from restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. Communication with owners’ agent was efficient, quick and always clear. The teens and the grownups hope to stay there again.

Perfect Asheville weekend

We had a wonderful time at this property! We had 10 adults and 1 two year old in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and fire pit! It was very close to downtown (10-15 minute drive) and we were able to get an Uber to and from Sierra Nevada easily. The property manager was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The house is conveniently located to popular destinations but feels remote and quiet, located in a neighborhood. Plenty of space to spread out but also great rooms for getting the group all together comfortably

Good house for large group

Had a good time at this property, pretty much as advertised, and plenty of space for 12 people. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit, theater room, etc. Location is not too far outside of Asheville. Easy to contact property management, and appreciated the lightweight checkout process.

Worked perfectly for our group

The house was just as advertised. Fit our group of 12 with room to spare. The kids loved the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the spacious living areas with the tvs everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the complimentary paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries. They cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job as we found the floors dirty, like they were mopped with dirty water. The surrounding neighborhoods weren’t the nicest but the street itself was nice and quiet with no complaints. The house is super convienent to downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay here again.

Large home

Very nice home. They supplied a lot of toiletries and extra every day supplies that you need in a home. There is plenty of entertainment in the home for a large group or family. My grandchildren were very content there!

Conference destination

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Very quiet residential neighborhood. Close drive to breweries, downtown, stores. Any issues that arose during our stay were taken care of in a timely manner. Recommendation for some pavers going to the hot tub. The movie room with the recliners is a nice touch for watching movies on a rainy night
