Good location. It is close to Biltmore.. Clean rooms. Comfy bedding. Location: Noisy due to being close to the road. If we were staying longer than a weekend we would have asked if another room was available. Breakfast wa simple, but appreciated.

Clean, comfy, reasonably priced and a good location. Getting in and out was a bit awkward because it's situated on a hill off a busy road and you have to pull into the Texas Roadhouse parking lot. Aside from that, it was a nice place.

The front desk person that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The person that checked us out did not seem like she wanted to be there. Not smiling or seemed pleasant in any way. The breakfast was pretty good, though I, myself, would have liked to see some pastries. All in all, our stay was very pleasant and would stay again if in the area.

Very noisy spot, lots of traffic, hard to get into property due to traffic. Noisy Could hear guests coming and going,doors slamming, people’s vehicles, not enough parking. Not cozy or welcoming.

I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When I got to the room the sheets were dirty and the shower pressure was minimal at best. If you’re looking for a budget stay this is your spot.

Clean and safe. Road noise made sleeping difficult. If you're a light sleeper get room on back of building. Breakfast is okay would've loved more fruit options and bacon but still good. Don't bring a vehicle with low clearance, driveway is steep.
