You’ve heard of ‘being on Cloud 9,’ so elevate your stay and enjoy a state of euphoric bliss on Cloud 10. Settle into this heavenly corner condo facing north and east with 120-degree skyline views of downtown Asheville and the awe-inspiring Blue Ridge Mountains beyond. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home and will have you floating.

As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted with an entrance hallway with access to the fully stocked bathroom to your left, which leads to the bedroom. On the right, nestled behind a door, is the stacked washer and dryer and an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods. Continuing down the hallway, you will find an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the dining space and living room. This kitchen is fully stocked, perfect for entertaining with all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. The dining table which seats four is adaptable so you can work from home by day and transition to an intimate home cooked dinner by night. Additionally, Cloud 10 also seats three at the breakfast bar. The living room features two sleeper sofas, which each sleep two, and a high-top table situated in front of the sliding glass window in the living room, creating a comfortable solace for watching the sunrise over downtown Asheville with your favorite morning beverage in hand. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 500+ Mbps high speed wi-fi so you can stream the latest binge worthy shows.

Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, a chaise lounge and a 55” cable TV. Sit and relax with the sweeping views of north Asheville. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofas are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.

The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy.

Cloud 10 is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.

Cloud 10 is pet-friendly with a weight limit of 20 pounds per dog, two dog maximum limit. There is a non-refundable $150 one-time pet fee. Additionally, long-term stays are welcome at Cloud 10.

Access
After you book your stay in Cloud 10, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.

Parking
When you book your stay at Cloud 10, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $32 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Building Amenities
Included in your stay at Cloud 10 is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. An additional amenity available to you when booking Cloud 10 are our in-house food & beverage offerings, conveniently located on the first floor. Our culinary partners are proud to bring you an irresistible casual yet fine dining restaurant with Bargello, offering a menu inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, as well as the inviting bar and lounge, District 42, serving a collection of seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates.
