  • This one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is located within 15 minutes of the Biltmore House, downtown Asheville, the Parkway, and the Asheville airport. The bedroom has a queen sized bed (linens are provided). and the Kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is the perfect place to explore all the fun Asheville and the surrounding communities has to offer or just to relax and unwind. The cottage has a large back yard and a back porch with chairs and a grill (perfect for relaxing!). or watching a little TV.

Cottages was so close to each other,next time I get a rental I want secluded/privacy , but other than that and we couldn’t use the grill ( it is covered with bee hives’s and he is allergic to them) it was a great time away from it all !! The cottage was nice and it was clean !

We were so happy with the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. Only minutes from downtown Arden and Asheville. Host was excellent with quick responses and was available if we had any questions. Checkin was very easy-no problems. We would definitely stay again!

Terrific cottage, country feel while being close to restaurants and stores. Our only neighbors were a few chickens, one rabbit, one cat, several squirrels. Will book this property again if we ever make it back to AVL.

This little house was a great find . It supplies all the comforts of home in the line of dishes and necessities . The only thing I found a little hard was the bed itself. It could use a foam topper, it was solid! Sleep is so important! Thank you for having us!

Nice Cozy Private Cottage

This is a nice, cozy private cottage over a "garage" that has a great washer and dryer that one can use. The owners Renee and David were quite friendly and helpful. While bedroom is a tad small, the bed was great---being reasonable firm---the way I like it. Kitchen is well furnished and bathroom too.

The cottage is adorable! Clean and cozy. Convenient to downtown, yet still feels private. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bed is firm with plenty of pillows and blankets.
