Great location, great property.

Little Sparrow was a perfect property for 5 adult women enjoying a weekend in Asheville. The home was very clean and well appointed. We were within a 15 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent townhouse

Extremely satisfied with accommodations, we had 4 couples and loved the 4 separate rooms and bathrooms! Loved the hot tub, wished I would have paid attention and noticed the towels in the laundry area!

Supporting Asheville Love

The accommodations were beautiful. The house was fully stocked, clean, and the welcome instructions were spot on. The location was convenient to a couple of grocery stores and Asheville. We even had a chance to meet and enjoy chats with a few of the neighbors. Yonder's management was extremely responsive and very polite.If someone twisted my arm and told me I must list at least one negative about my stay, it would be that we had to cut the visit short and leave a day early. Thank you Asheville and Yonder for the southern charm.

Just right!

Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville.

Great clean property, with very nice decor! Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge bonus! We didn’t cook at all, so no feedback on the kitchen other than it could probably use a few more coffee cups! They provided exactly 8

There was a dirty hand towel in the drawer of the bedside table in the back lower level bedroom. The bedroom door front, main level, does not lock. The bedroom door back, main level, does not close completely. The wall behind the front door needs painting. Instructions for the coffee pot would be halpful.
