Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The only downside for me is there was no place downstairs for me to sit when I was waiting for my daughter to pick me out.

When I was getting ready to checkout at 7:00 am. There was no one to be found. We stood there till 8:15 then decided to run get breakfast and then go back. When we got back, the man on duty acting like there was suppose to be someone there to help us get checked out. He was very kind. But we still lost two hours of traveling time. Will not ever stay there again!

Wasn’t looking for anything glamorous. Hardly spent any time in the room anyways so it was ok for the stay. When I checked in I didnt know there was a $100 deposit you get back after checkout; front desk clerk at night was very helpful for me.(Don’t remember his name) I’m thankful for that.

Clean bed, AC worked well, room seemed clean enough. Bathroom had low water pressure in the shower and sink but had plenty of hot water. Location was great, felt very safe and was super close to the outlet mall, downtown, and some good restaurants. Elevator and stairs smelled a little.

They told me to come back later because they couldn't check me in. I tried and could not get into the tiny crowded lot, so I left and went elsewhere. Place was a dump and the desk clerk was very gruff and hard to understand. I will NEVER book them again.

Property was destroyed damaged and disgusting. Looks like they have full time residents there in there lowest level. The smell is overwhelming of smoke even though the desk says no smoking. They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned and had bodily fluids everywhere. We got out of there quick, I was asked for pain killers by the hotel residents. Expedia was quick to refund us after some communication.

The staff were good but the room although not dirty it did smell heavy like cigarettes including the bedding and pillows. The first thing I noticed was the railing inside the elevator was broken and hanging by one bolt. It didn’t affect the elevator functionally, but it probably wouldn’t be a big deal to fix either, and it was just left that way, hanging. Not a good look to just not maintain your property.
