Surrounded by lush woodlands, this private 3,200 sq. ft. 6-bedroom, 4-bath mountain haven is on 1.2 acres and can accommodate up to 16 guests. It is designed for unforgettable gatherings, whether you're planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a special celebration. With a fully equipped games room, a movie theater, a 2-lane bowling alley, ping pong, corn hole, a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and mega chess, there is so much to do indoors and out that you may never want to leave.

★ COFFEE: Everyone has different preferences for their morning coffee. We provide guests with enough coffee/coffee pods for the morning after their first night. Additionally, we encourage you to bring or purchase your favorite roast or original Nespresso pods.
★ PETS: We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed at the property. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $200 per pet or more may be imposed.
★ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.
★ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM.
★ SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.
★ GLITTER/CONFETTI: We understand that it is fun to have glitter or confetti for a celebration, but it is a nightmare for the cleaners. Please do not bring these into the house or you will be charged an added cleaning fee.
★ PARKING: There are 4 open parking spaces.
★ OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed.
