“Beautiful house in a quiet area. Garden was amazing and the pool was a big hit! The cleanliness though was very poor. When the sun shone, the cobwebs over the fireplace etc were shocking! Slug trails on the rugs most mornings. Dead flies in the display cabinet. The house just needs a really good cleaning blitz and then it would be much more comfortable. It also needs at least one electric shower, or at the very least, wall mounted showers as it’s very hard to hold a hand held one whilst……

“Absolutely loved the Annex. It's a beautiful setting, on a farm with lots of animals. Also a lovely big bit of private garden and terrace which in warmer weather would be lovely. Extreme well-equipped and exceptionally clean, with a very generous welcome pack. Seren, and her mum, were very friendly hosts. Great brewery and taproom just up the road. The only downside to the beautiful rural location is the dark narrow lanes to get in and out, less of an issue in summer obviously!”

“The house was not very clean and is in need of decorating and updatingI did not feel comfortable using the shower due to dirt around tray and in the grout / tilesThe kitchen is looking very old and there were stains on the walls, top of the fridge and inside the cupboard that houses the cooking equipment whilst the cupboard for the plates, cups and glasses is bowed and does not look safe.There were also stains on the washing machine fasciaThe ‘porch’ is also water stained inside ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Beehive cottage during October half term. The accommodation was very comfortable for the three of us and a dog, with plenty of room including a nice sized garden. The kitchen diner was spacious with everything you would need for a holiday. The area is great with a convenience shop closeby and plenty of shops in Tenterden just up the road. We had nice days out visiting Battle Abbey, Hastings, Rye, Bodiam castle and Canterbury. We would recommend and would stay again.”
