"Beautiful house in a quiet area. Garden was amazing and the pool was a big hit! The cleanliness though was very poor. When the sun shone, the cobwebs over the fireplace etc were shocking! Slug trails on the rugs most mornings. Dead flies in the display cabinet. The house just needs a really good cleaning blitz and then it would be much more comfortable. It also needs at least one electric shower, or at the very least, wall mounted showers as it’s very hard to hold a hand held one whilst...

"Lovely warm welcome with nice staff . Excellent breakfast included, great location to visit chapel down and Tenterden. We booked a suite, room was small but nice with Comfy bed only negative was one side of room had low ceiling which meant you couldn’t stand up in the shower properly without bending to one side. Only a minor point but worth noting if you a very tall. We would visit again!"
