Gorgeous views, friendly staff from all over the world. The food was a tad expensive but when you’re the only restaurant I guess you can charge what you want.

This place was great due to the location in Paradise. The rooms were small but comfortable. The shared bathrooms were no big deal. The only thing lacking was the food options

Beautiful old Inn. Excellent staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice amenities. The room is tiny, but the lobby is the best place to hang out so the size of the room didn’t bother us. Dinner was excellent.

The Paradise Inn is a beautiful old lodge in a beautiful location beneath the peak of Mount Rainier. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options for eating anywhere nearby and eating at the lodge was a bit pricey.

Small details need addressing. Shower stall has no place to place soap/shampoo so floor must be used. Dinner and breakfast was less than stellar.

Parking is extremely scarce, which is understandable,but areas for the inn are not well defined.

Restaurant was just ok. And very highly priced. Took a awhile to get cream for the coffee in the morning. Should have had more information about the trails, such as maps and such. Parking was a nightmare. Needed reserved spots for guests . Also you need a half tank of gas or more before heading into park. Had no idea going up 18 miles would waste that much gas.

We are always striving to better our service and exceed guest needs. We do have a ranger available in the lobby to assist with trails and other needs or information for the park for your convenience, alternately the visitor center has all the trail maps and extensive knowledge of the park and it is located in the same parking lot as the Inn. I hope this can be of assistance for future stays.

Paradise Inn is right in Mount Rainier National Park. It was an experience to be cut off from the rest of the world with no internet access. Enjoyed the beautiful sights around the inn without having to take long hikes.

Overall building structure and location wonderful Remodel only gets commendation for cleanliness. Be warned..... Room size ridiculous, ambience in main lobby/great hall dark and dingy. Ironically, the opposite is the problem in the dining room-glaring LEDs run down the middle of the hall, akin to a cafeteria. (American) staff gruff and stressed, food appalling-$25 for a grisly burger which Wendy’s would beat hands down! And to cap it all off, after battling to get a parking spot somewhere closer to the Inn-at 9:30 at night- the front of the car rolled off the parking space (no concrete guard) and into a 1 1/2 ft divert for snow run-off. Had to wait 3 hrs and pay over $300 to have it towed out. Managed by Parks Dept-poorly Will never recommend Paradise Inn. Go for the day!

THE Moose penne - description in menu awesome - dish nothing special and no hint of moose in it. Brisket /ribs fabulous burger again described in a mouth watering way - but the burger was not as good as MCDonalds. Mixed drinks were alcoholic but not mixed by an expert. Loved the people and the lodge

Great place to stay if you visit Mt Rainier. No wifi or cell signal in the hotel but it is great to get away from all those disruptions! Breakfast buffet could be better. The room is small but you get what you need.

Mountain View’s are beyond spectacular. Terrace seating on the west side of the lodge allowed us to enjoy birdsongs and hiker activity while relaxing in the sunshine.

Clean room, modern bathroom(small). Good location. Historic Inn Worst check-in staff of out 8day trip to Washington state. 2nd checkin person acting busy when long line in front of other check-in staff. Smoke alarm went off on floor above us at 830 pm it seemed to take them 20 min to turn off. Eventually went to bed with entire building fire-alarms going off at approx 1045 pm for several minutes with entire hotel evacuating to lobby(snowing and freezing outside) with managing apologizing for sensitive new fire alarms. Back to bed, waking up early in morning with no power in our room and no lights in bathroom--other part of hotel power seemed to be working fine. Restraunt and service were very good

This is a very cool, unique experience and you should definitely try and stay here if you’re staying at least one night in the park. But it is a historic building and you should be open to roughing it a little. We experienced a fire alarm in the evening (no idea why but no fire) and a power outage around 5:00 a.m. The scenery and having the hiking trails at the edge of the parking lot make this a great place to stay.

Love this place!
The lodge was amazing, the shared bathrooms were a non issue, and everything was perfect. It makes a visit exceptional due to location, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is no WiFi in the lodge, which for me is was a pleasant change; however, there is WiFi at the visitors center across the parking lot, when needed.

1. I wanted to upgrade my room to a bigger room and the hotel refused to change it as I had booed it through Expedia. 2. Also they had rooms avalaible with mountain view but again because I booked with Expedia they said no. 3. I spoke to a customer service agent at Expedia for over an hour and still no solution. So I don’t think there is any point in using your company when I can book the same hotel at the same price and better service than from you guys. Horrible customer service you guys have and have no coordination with hotels to provide a guest good service. The worst online company I have ever done a booking with. I am going to put this at every possible social media soon so that people know what kind of customer service you offer.
