Staff not very professionally dressed, was helpful, the lobby elevators and hallways were filthy needed vacuuming, mopped and the elevator walls wiped down, first impression was disappointing. The room itself was clean but everything else needed attention broken out of service equipment etc…

It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner.

The staff was very polite, very helpful and everything was clean and just as I would expect from Holiday Inn. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, it was best I’ve ever had during a hotel stay. The breakfast was fresh, great tasting and there was something for everyone to eat, 10/10. The breakfast staff worked non stop cleaning and keeping all things stocked. Great stay, highly recommended.

Our room was nice and clean but the hotel had some issues with broken ice machines and a broken coffee machine. They were minor inconveniences. The staff we talked to were very helpful but I think they could have used some additional help.

Shade facing the interstate wouldn’t lower so had to turn off the light, get undressed in the bathroom, and feel our way in the dark to our beds. No bar. No restaurant. No 7 ups. Next morning the only elevator wasn’t working. When my sister demanded help (she uses a cane), staff carried our bags down from the third floor. Terrible.
