“The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. ”

“My family of 6 loved the Annabell Gardens. Getting to the place, I wasn’t entirely sure it was a very nice area. But once we pulled into the parking lot, we were in awe of how cute the little complex was with all the grass, trees, and walkways, plus the outdoor pool/hot tub. We were lucky that it was a warm day and got to use the pool. It was nicely heated and we all had fun! Hot tub is a little small, but we mostly had the place to ourself, so it fit us. The breakfast was nice. My kids thought……

“Wonderful room and staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good, hit and fresh with lots of choices. They will shuttle you to airport and they even brought me my phone charger and ear pods that I left on the room. Tammy ”

“The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Their pool and hot tub was actually in service. The hot tub was hot and relaxing! We also enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet. They even had a variety of condiments for the food and coffee bar! We would make a repeat visit there again if needed! ”

“Mom here: the staff were 10/10 friendly. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2026) carpet is pending replacement once construction is over. I have no complaints the bed was comfortable, the room got as cold as we wanted, the shower had wonderful water pressure. The breakfast was solid. No construction sounds outside of 9a-4p. Parking lot was safe and large. Accommodating staff. Last minute stay in Lincoln. Would stay here again especially with how kind people were.. once the hotel is……

“We have stayed at this particular hotel 5 times in as many weeks. We like the location, the price has been good, and the staff is very friendly. We are only needing a place to sleep, so do not use the other available facilities. We enjoy the biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Overall, reasonably clean and maintained. Will continue to use as needed.”

“Fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it. The TV didn't work. Water was luke warm. Wifi was terrible. Other than that, it was ok.”

“Stayed 1 night. The office staff at night and morning were both real nice. The room (126) was clean, no smoke or animal smells. Given it is listed as 2 star, and low cost ($65), it was very good value. Decent average cont breakfast dispensed by the office (to ensure everyone gets some). Some week to week rental, no booking to locals ”

“Our experience at this hotel was concerning from the moment we arrived and ultimately we ended up not staying at the hotel. In the parking lot, there was a hotel shuttle van with its windows smashed out, and several individuals were loitering nearby, which immediately raised safety concerns. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lobby was lined with casino-style gambling machines, and there were people openly walking through the facility carrying……

“The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff.”
