"No wafer our entire stay. They ain’t tell us when we checked in although they knew Managemt offered no updates. No free bottled water. No apologies Couldn’t flush the toilet, brush our teeth or take a shower. Air conditioning not working because it takes water No COMFORT at all."

"Nice tv. Not enough towels. Shower head worn out, leaked, it got the floor very wet. Toilet didn't flush right , worn out! Bathtub needed resurfacing. Looked horrible"

"My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights here. We are 100% puzzled as to how some other reviewers positively reviewed the breakfast. It was all cold items, with the exception of a vat of lukewarm oatmeal. The coffee was often out. The breakfast had zero variation across our 3 mornings there, so you can imagine a boring and underwhelming breakfast experience."

"Good room in a pinch! We enjoyed the hot tub and the place was quiet. I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room. Also breakfast and coffee did not start until 7, which is unfortunate when we had to leave by 6:45am. Overall a good stay!"

"This is a very nice hotel. Everything appears new. We enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was kind in all their interactions, accommodating special requests as best they could. Breakfast had so many choices and felt like a friendly welcoming place."

"Upon check in I was asked for ID and whether or not I had a pet. $20 pet fee, and no conversation about any amenities... leaving no clue abt wireless nor was there anything else such as coffee or snacks for the AM. This is a solid 3 place to stay. The saving grace is Caldera Brewpub walking distance down the road."
