「The house was a first class accommodation Would go back there tomorrow without a doubt Not much in the area to do but had a first class meal in town. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had a wonderful time at the donkey sanctuary which is a must see. Went to local winery (McGregor) and spent some monies there. Well worth the trip」

「We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again.」

「I recently spent three weeks at De Hoop with my fiance and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The cottage was small and simple, but contained everything that one requires as advertised. Perfect hot shower/water, with both indoor and outdoor braai. Great views of the mountains, lovely shaded porch, great trails to walk on the farm and dams to swim in.」
