Lakeshore sauna with electric light and electric heating. Lakeshore sauna in use between 1.5 - 30.9. each year. Car port. Comfortable, high standard complex of several buildings, chalet, separate silverlog lakeshore sauna, and car port. Plot is forested and on slope. Electricity line passes through plot. Grill is heated with charcoal, please, bring charcoal from the grocery store. 2 bicycles.

Occasionally water in the tap might smell bad. However, it's examined and safe to use. Owner will bring drinking water to start. In the future, the customer can pick up drinking water eg. from the water tap in Vääksy Market Square, if customer does not want to use tap water.
