"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "It was amazing with amazing views! Great breakfast. The only downside was the internet outage (not their fault--it was due to external source). They had multiple routers which made for very strong internet coverage but was hampered by the ISP outage."

"Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. More like an apartment than a bedroom with kitchen and dining table. Nothing to allow you to have a hot drink such as milk or tea/coffee even though there is a fridge and kettle. "Es war alles in Ordnung. Lediglich das Bad ist sehr klein und der Garten voller Wildwuchs vor dem Balkon könnte auch mal wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Ansonsten besteht kein Grund zur Klage. Der Empfang im Haslinger Hof - dort bekommt man den Schlüssel - war sehr freundlich."
