“The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.”

“We chose the St. Regis for our first-ever trip to Aspen, hoping for a truly luxurious experience—and it absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm, elegant atmosphere, and its location couldn’t be better. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away: shops, great restaurants, and the ski area (even though, thankfully for us, there wasn’t any snow since we don’t ski!).
The staff were exceptional—welcoming, professional, and consistently accommodating. Our room……

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”
