「Great property, convenient parking, nice dining options」

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「The Hotel Jerome just keeps getting better and better. I grew up around the Roaring Fork Valley, so have seen various iterations of this hotel over my life, but I think this one might be its best life yet! The hotel is decorated perfectly, the rooms are spacious, but the staff are where it really shines!! 「Amazing service and beautiful rooms」

「The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.」
