「We spent a night here while travelling for work and were surprised by the large size and beauty of the house. The location is less than a block off the main street and we had no issues parking. Check in was a little confusing, but worked by the time I got to the property. I d oh don’t have a code to send to others arriving earlier until I actually showed up at the house and did not receive an email response from the hospitality company that had been emailing me about my stay. 」

「The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. The host did attempt to fix it but we ended up leaving a day early as we could not have anyone come inside while my dog was at the house alone. The kitchen was also very dirty - there were multiple unwashed dishes in the cabinet and the sponge in the sink looked like it was 2 years old. We had to boil water on the stove to clean dishes. 」

「Furnace was not functioning properly, spent a lot of time trying to trouble shoot it and communicate with the owner. Was cool, needed to rely on the gas fireplace to heat the whole place. 」

「Quiet refuge in easy walking distance from downtown Leadville shops and restaurants. Roomy. Nice balcony Mountain View. Special thanks to Traverse management folks who were very easy to communicate with start to finish, and who helped me fix (my error) incorrect checkout date.」

「Lovely house, it was perfect for our group of 7! The place was well stocked, clean and a nice location. Not far from a grocery store and Ski Cooper. Parking is a little tight if you have larger vehicles but doable. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was so nice to accommodate to our early arrival. Great place to stay in Leadville!!」

「Everything was great. The hot water heater was off when we arrived. The breaker had flipped off for that unit. We turned it on and everything started working fine.」
