"The Grand hotel was a very nice and bright older establishment. The lower floor has everything for the best stay. Items from food to apparel. The view of the ocean and boardwalk from balcony was great. The bed was comfortable too. The tub had a high step in/out but the secure bars were well placed to provide confident access. My main concern was how the food was handled in two areas without gloves and making contact with face while preparing customers food. The first was a grill cook. The second occurrence was in açaí bowl area. Too much occurring gloveless. However, Karla made my drink professionally with no hand to face contact. The family liked the location- easy walk to Nicki mini golf, beach, and other favorite places we visit during stay in ocean city."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had a smell to it not sure what it was but we kept on putting room spray so that helped while we stayed there. The bus shuttle was a plus to go to the board walk."
