Villa a stone's throw from Assisi with pool and barbecue, for a relaxing stay

Located in Tordibetto di Assisi, 5 km from the Basilica of St. Francis, La Perla di Assisi is a loft set within a villa featuring a pool, garden, and free private parking. The loft features a bedroom with two double beds and one single bed, as well as a living room with a seating area, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a microwave. Air conditioning and radiators are provided. It is an open-concept space located in the villa’s attic, with a private entrance via an outdoor staircase. Guests will also find a large garden where they can relax, sunbathe, enjoy the pool (included in the price), and use the barbecue (we’ll provide the wood). Near the loft, there’s also a walking trail surrounded by nature with a beautiful stream. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The location is excellent: although surrounded by nature, the loft is just a stone’s throw from the Perugia-St. Francis of Assisi Airport (8 km), the Assisi train station (6 km), and Bastia Umbra (2 km), the Lyrick Theatre (6 km), the Federal Boxing Centre (6 km), and the Umbrafiere Exhibition Centre (4 km). We also offer an airport transfer service to the loft upon request. The Assisi train station is 6 km away, and the Bastia Umbra station is just 2 km away. Perugia is 20 km away, Spello is 18 km away, and Foligno is 25 km away
