All staff are friendly and pleasant. Hotel is very clean. Location is perfect to everywhere. Room was nice and comfortable.

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was our dark room. The walls were painted black and the headboard and bed spread were red. There was a window in the corner but with dark heavy curtains and if we opened the blind, it would be closed when we got back to our room. Every time we opened the door to the room it was pitch dark! My husband called it the vampire room. We prefer at least a little natural light. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. We will probably stay here again, but only if we get a room with more natural light.

pleasant stay and location
Pleasant stay at the hotel Aleramo ideally located in the city center with a quick access to any shop and restaurant in the city. The room was spacious enough, good quality bed. my little point would be the luminosity of the room, as I was also there to work. The breakfast was ok, and the people really pleasant and helpful with a good level of english / french

Tolles Stadthotel Zimmer neu renoviert. Schade obwohl bei Buchung stand mit parkplatz wurde 2 Tage vorher per Mail mitgeteilt, dass es nur 2 Parkplätze habe zum Hotel.

Non è la prima volta che pernotto in questo hotel e mi sono semore trovato bene. Mi aveva stupto, al momento della prenotazione, il punteggio bassino che aveva e mi son domandato se magari, qualcosa fosse cambiato, invece no! Solita gestione, efficiente, cordiale e professionale, solite camere pulite e recentemente rimodernate, con bagni stilosi. Si trova al centro di Asti, il parcheggio è comodo. La vista da alcune camere non è bellissima, ma il rapporto prezzo qualità è ottimo.

Garage nicht verfügbar und Rauchgestank
Superiore-Zimmer war ziemlich klein und hat sehr stark nach Rauch gestunken (auch wenn es ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer war). Lage ist super und Frühstück war auch ok. Garage war leider nicht verfügbar.

Zweckmässig und simpel
Vermutlich wurde seit langem nicht mehr investiert. Nettes Personal aber das Zimmer war eher simpel und leider auch etwas staubig. Die Einrichtung braucht dringend ein Update, genau wie Bad, Wände und Bodenbelag. 4 Sterne?

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location and bars, restaurants and shops are all within a few minutes walk. The rooms are all very unique with very modern furnishings and colour schemes. We have stayed in three different rooms now and they have all been fantastic. Will definitely be going back for a short break again next year.
