The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. "We’ve stayed in rentals in 20 countries and Toney is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Any problem we had, he helped us within minutes. He has the house cleaned for you 2x a week. He has cars you can rent from him. All of the rooms have A/C. I worked remotely from the house for 6 weeks and had no trouble with the Internet. "

"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...

"The community is private, family oriented and has security officers 24/7. There's a plaza with a food court and different outlets where you can do some shopping. The host is very flexible and attentive. She keeps the apartment very clean. We will surely consider staying here when we visit again."
