"The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. We were told that outdoor pool was heated, but it was ice cold."

"Great apartment , perfect for a short or long stay - ours was 10 days. Location within La Manga Club is brilliant, very close to all amenities such as the tennis centre, bars and supermarket - just a few mins drive or 10 mins walk. Check in and out was very easy with clear instructions from the host Neil. I can highly recommend this apartment and host. I would certainly stay here again . "

"Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room."
