Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, in Koukaki area. The apartment is located in the entrance of the Acropolis museum, a 3 minutes walk from the Acropolis Metro station in the center of Athens and can host up to 6 people within 100 sq. m!!



This is a renovated apartment of 100 sq.m. Its decoration is modern,with several vintage elements. The apartment was renovated in 2018.

It is located right at the back entrance of the Acropolis Museum, and less than 100 meters away from Dionysiou Areopagitou street and the Acropolis metro station.



The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 6 guests. It has two bedrooms. In the living-room, there is a sofa with a pull out bed that can host two people. A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine are few of the amenities offered. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropoli s the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



You can also request the access of our roof garden (6pm - 8pm) with a great view of the Acropolis and the city of Athens.

Up there you can have your coffee or a glass of wine under the Athenian sky, enjoying the spectacular view of the Acropolis!

Please note, though, that you are kindly requested to strictly obey the quiet - siesta hours and the rules for keeping the roof area clean and proper.



The apartment has a fast Wi-Fi connection, a 43 FullHD led TV with a web browser and air-condition units in every room.

TRANSPORTATION: Nearest Metro: Acropolis Just 40 minutes from the airport by Metro, with rides going every 30 minutes, directly to the apartment. Also, 30 minutes from Piraeus by Metro, your escape port to the Famous Greek islands.

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the property. It was spacious and the location was within walking distance to everything we planned to see, mainly the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. George was very helpful in arranging transportation from the airport upon arrival and to the port upon departure. We definitely recommend this property and would stay there again without any hesitation. Thank you for making our stay in Athens welcoming and comfortable!

Great neighborhood and the place was a good fit for our family of four. We weren't looking for a luxury place, just a place that was nice enough and safe to serve as our home base and this place fit the bill. The only thing I'd note is that the mattress in the primary bedroom is not the greatest quality. In the secondary bedroom, which was great for our kids, the curtains are very sheer and do not block any light. There is a street light just outside the door/glass into that room so it's pretty bright in there all night. Same curtains in the primary bedroom so some light blocking curtains in both room would be a good improvement. A small microwave in the kitchen would be helpful as well. But all in all, the place was just fine.

This is the second year in a row I have stayed at this property with family. The location is excellent! Right next to the Plaka, but on a relatively quiet side street. The property itself is comfortable and clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, we used the arranged airport transfer service both times - also reliable and excellent!

This accommodation is central. Walking distance from everything we needed - attractions, restaurants, shops, train station. Very clean and all amenities you need - even had washing machine and dishwasher tablets! Felt like a home from home. Especially with the children. Totally recommend and would revisit.

Not terrible but also not as advertised

The location can’t be beat, but if you think you’re getting a super cute little apartment as the pictures show you are not. It’s basically just ok. The beds were not made up as shown other than a folded up sheet at the bottom with some coverlets in the closet that smelled like they hadn’t been washed. The balcony as pictured does not look like that. Your view is a bunch of dead plants and you have to share the balcony with the cleaning mops and buckets. It is advertised as a non-smoking property, but unfortunately someone else in the building was smoking heavily, which made for an unpleasant couple of nights. Lastly, they left us one roll of toilet paper for four women for three nights. When I asked where all the extra supplies were, they replied that they would bring over two more rolls for free, as there is actually no housekeeping offered. Toilet paper does not equal housekeeping it equals standard issue. Once we checked in, communication with the property management was frustrating as they did not respond in a timely manner. And don’t bother booking your airport transfer through them. Choose a private company instead, as it was a bit of wait when we arrived, even though we were told the driver would be waiting in the airport with a name placard, he was not so it was a bit of a search. Lastly, make sure you get your damage deposit back…still waiting as there is some confusion on their end over charges.

Perfect, coldn't have been a better location!

We (my 2 adult daughters & i) were only 1.5 blocks from restaurants, cafes, grocery, museum. Entrance to purchase Acropolis tickets same & just a bit further to the entrance at bottom of the hill. (And it was well worth the walk up. Pure amazing. Go in the am to beat the crowds.)

The apartment was just as advertised, very large and comfortable for myself and my 26 year old daughter. So so close to everything we needed, pharmacy, food, acropolis, museums… we walked everywhere and it was all within 10 min. The kitchen items were not very clean coming out of the cupboards and cutlery drawer… but that wa a fine we just washed things before using. Would highly recommend. Great location, but not so great accommodations

This is a large rental company, not a single person, so be prepared for slow communication. There were several times I had to send a follow up message to my question once or twice before I received an answer. They need a new cleaning crew. I refused to shower without flip flops on because there was a layer of mold/mildew/hair on the bottom half of the shower. Grout lines around the toilet were black. It just didn’t feel clean at all. The water heater gives you about 5 minutes of warm water for a shower, but at least the AC works well as long as you don’t turn it off when you leave. The beds are rock hard and the pillows squish down to nothing. None of us sleep well at all. The listing photos were very deceiving. The furniture is more worn, decor has changed or been removed, and it has been lived in a lot more than the photos show. One photo showed a view of the Parthenon, which doesn’t exist from this location. You can see an alley way on one side, and a concrete courtyard on the other. The photo seems to have been removed from the listing though so maybe they already received feedback about that. We met another family in the entryway who rented another unit from the same company and they had the exact same complaints that we have. Given all that, the location is EXCELLENT! Walking distance to the Acropolis and museum, souvenir shops, restaurants, a small grocery store and a delicious bakery.

Wonderful Plaka apartment

Our stay @ George's apartment was wonderful. The apartment was as pictured. It was clean, spacious, and has all the amenities of home. Our host met us even at Midnight and took his time to go over all the details of the unit. The best part is that the apartment is at the footstep of the Acropolis and half a block away from the National Museum. The Acropolis Metro Station is also a block away. Would stay here again when we come back to Athens. Thanks.

The apartment’s location in terms of tourist spots and restaurants was fantastic. Our driver and check in host, Vasilis was outstanding. He was always on time, friendly and very informative. When we arrived at the apartment on check in day though, it had not been cleaned after the prior tenants stay and our check in was delayed by more than 4 hours which was not acceptable. When we finally did get into the apartment, there were only a flat sheet and fitted sheet on each of the beds. There were no blankets or comforters on the beds. The cleaning crew was only in the apartment for 20-30 minutes and it did not seem like the blankets we found in the closets had been washed. The rest of our stay was fine. We enjoyed our tour of the city with Vasili and were able to have a very good time. Also, our cleaning fee of 50 Euro was refunded to us which was appreciated.

Perfect location / Perfect Host

This location is perfect for those visiting Athens for the first time. It is very very convenient to everything you can possibly want to see in Athens. The host, George, and his team were so very responsive and kind to us and our questions. I would defiantly consider using George and his company again for property bookings as well as transports. Our experience in Athens has been so positive. Everyone was so hospitable and welcoming. I wished we stayed another week. Until we meet again…

Simple apartment in great location

I wish I could give this location five stars but that wouldn’t be accurate nor fair to the places that really are that good. The positives are the location is great and easy to walk to everything. We averaged almost 25,000 steps per day when in Athens and we loved this local as home base. In addition, the property manager was also responsive and check in easy: The apartment is very basic, which is fine and due to its location on the ground floor it is also very dark. So you should know that going in. There were a few things the property manager could have done to make the stay a bit better. For example, neither the living Room nor dining room lights worked the entire time we were there. In addition, things like no paper towels, limited toilet paper and such made it feel less welcoming. But as long as you are aware of this you can work around it.
