Rooms are really grand in size (comparing to other European hotels). Rooms marked with Acropolis view, are just a myth, you need binoculars to see Acropolis. Also this hotel is next to a strip club, we got room on 1st floor, there was very noisy music till 1am in the morning, could hardly sleep.

We only stayed one night but it was very confortable. Room was big enough and shower was great. 25 min walk to the Acropolis. It was noisy because of Syggrou Street, feels like the windows are open but they’re not.

The Reception staff were all very friendly & helpful. The staff at the breakfast area can do better eith a little bit of being friendly & pleasant. We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the place is very convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off bus as it is almost next to stop C11(?) Piraeus line & across the street near Intercon hotel is stop A4(?) of the Athens line.

Horrible property. Ugly, dirty , air conditioner didn’t work, carpet dirty and broken . Don’t choose this hotel . Photos are a lie . Impossible street noice . Terrible

This hotel was subpar at most. The breakfast has a large selection but the quality is inferior. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. I think they are trying to make up for what the hotel and area lacks. It is not the best area, in that it has two strip clubs sandwiching the hotel. Not great for families. There are people lingering around day and night outside the hotel. It’s fairly close to most things so that is convenient, but otherwise, I would not choose this as a family option.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Service are great! I thought I booked our hotel with breakfast. One of their staff approached me that our breakfast is not included in our booking during our second day, and I told her that it’s included and to make the story short since they already prepared our check out billed and already paid anyways, I told them I confirmed that no breakfast included in my booking and I want to pay, and they just let it go. They’re very flexible and professional. Good location too near restaurants and small groceries where we buys our bottled water and there also few minutes walk for self service laundry and they’re clean as well. Their gym though it’s not big but you don’t go there to workout anyways.

Beside two strip joint, street was noisy, Mattress was very dirty, they swapped me to a different room, the mattress was still dirty but less dirty than first one. The bathroom of the second room, smelled like sewer, and was very damp. As a result I noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was due to the fact that water would not drain and rotten the wooden door. This is a 3 star hotel. Staff were decent

Perfect view of the acropolis and the breakfast was amazing. Transfer from the airport and to the cruise ship pier was easy to set up too!
