2 bedroom (1 queen and 1 full size) apartment with 1 bath. Perfect for a short stay right in Athens. Very recently remodeled with wood and tile. All new furniture and new comfortable beds. Free parking for 3 cars right in front. Free washer and dryer in apartment. Our full kitchen will barely be used as we are located steps off of the main strip business district with many restaurants in walking or quick driving distance. Wal-Mart along with most shopping is right down the street.

Everything we needed.

there's a lot to like here. it is clean, very well equipped, and plenty roomy. double sink vanity is a plus. there is a grocery, drug store, restaurant/bars walking distance.While the neighborhood is not particularly scenic, we sat on the covered front porch every night, waved at the walkers and enjoyed the spot.you'll need to Uber/drive to campus, about 2 miles away.

Perfect place to stay in Athens

The property is located right off State St. & you could easily walk to stores, restaurants and city parks. Note: I booked this property thinking it was a walkable distance to Court St - it is not. But it’s only a 5 minute drive away. Loved that we could bring our dog too! All necessities were provided & there is lots of space to spread out. They even have a large assortment of games, books & movies
