Overall I was very pleased with our stay. There were some quirks I wasn't completely prepared for, but they were easy to accommodate. If I were to travel to Athens again I would not hesitate to book this property.

Clean, well thought out room in a central location
Very clean and comfortable hotel, with a nice balcony with a partial view. Almost every mod con was available and everything was comfortable, perfect for our first night in Athens. Air con was also great. Most importantly it is in a safe and very accessible area, very close to everything you would want to see in Athens whether you like walking or using the metro :)

Great location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Walkable to Parthenon, Agora, Plaka, National Archaeological Museum, and other museums and places. There is a little grocery store a block away, so we made use of the kitchenette. We felt safe walking in all these areas. There is no 24-hour front desk, so stay in touch prior to your arrival.

Initially, it was a bit odd to not have a front desk of any kind, but their online communication was excellent and we didn't have any problems dropping off our luggage in their secure lockers before check-in, nor any after check-in. The room was fully stocked and beautiful. Overall, a very good experience.

This was a great location for all things Athens. We could walk to everything within 20 minutes. I stayed with my two kids and I felt safe as a mom even returning late at night. There are so many restaurants and shops in the area. Loved our stay. And would stay again.

Excellent location, a short walk from the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Plaka, Monastiraki, and the flea market. Lots of dining options nearby. Very reasonably priced for a generously sized apartment, well furnished and decorated. The hosts were very responsive to our questions during our stay. And there was a locker to store our luggage on the day of check out. Truly excellent accommodation.

Our family of 5 adults stayed here twice in June-July 2023, both times 2 nights and 1 day. Mick and Matina were our hosts at Dynasta and they were very responsive and made our stay very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette, and clean bathrooms. They helped arrange airport and ferry transfer through Praxiteloustransfers.eu which was managed by George Baikas and his brothers (Thanashish was our favorite :)) who were all very friendly and helpful. The entry way into Dynasta and the elevators looked a little dated but the suite was very modern. We stayed in the same suite both times and it felt like coming back home. The apartment is minutes from Syntagma square which is awesome for shopping, dining and simply walking around. There are many food and market options close by. Acropolis was about 20-25 minutes walk from the unit. We took 2 taxis (5 adults) from here to Lycabettus Hill for the beautiful hilltop sunset view of the city and Acropolis which was a 10 min drive and cost us 6 euros each taxi. We would definitely stay here again!

The room is well app pointed and absolutely clean. Don’t be concerned about the downstairs lobby and elevators… you’ll love the room. It’s close to main square and transportation.

The room was great, it was clean and just what we needed for our stay. The communication with the staff was amazing, they kept in touch with me prior to arrival to set up directions on getting to the hotel and how to get in. And when I had questions they responded right away. Great service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dynasta! It was a convenient location to walk to from Syntagma Square and there was a grocery store right down the street. The suite was very clean and nicely furnished and it was great to have a master bedroom that was separate from the living area and other bed. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and there was even water and juice in the fridge for us when we arrived. Each room had air conditioning that worked very well and we appreciated being able to use laundry facilities across the street free of charge.

The property is in an ideal spot - you can do most of the touristy things in Athens within 30 mins walking distance. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, great view. Negatives: Shower leaks The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work no daily cleaning bedding seems poor quality. I couldn't get good sleep with the pillows and the duvet was falling out as the cover had no buttons Little things but overall I would stay again purely because of the location!

Excellent, central location in a safe area
Excellent location. Just moments from the nearest metro station, in the heart of Athens with major sites within walking distance. Easy commute from airport by express bus X95 to Syntagma square and a short walk from there. Safe and lovely location. Would be suitable for a lone female traveller. Matina was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Amazing place! cute and cozy apartment, equipped with everything we needed (we stayed only one night). Great location. Excellent value for this rate! Note that the mattress is pretty soft in case you care about this.

Spacious, clean and organized
The pictures don't do the property justice - it's very spacious, has everything you may possibly need inside. On the outside it looks like an apartment building, on the inside it's perfectly organized an clean, and prior to check-in you get detailed information and instructions to get it hassle-free. Secure (huge) lockers are located just outside the apartment for when you may need to leave later than designated check out time.

Facilidade de contato com o proprietário por e-mail, telefone ou whatapp. O proprietário facilitou ao máximo a minha estadia e ajudou com orientações. Prédio fácil de encontrar, o GPS foi exato. Localização é excelente, quase centralizado aos principais pontos turísticos e com um bom planejamento fiz tudo andando, sem necessidade de carro ou transporte público. Tem um mercado na rua e vários restaurantes próximos. O apartamento é limpo, grande e claro. Recebi uma senha para acesso ao prédio e outra para o apartamento. Banheiro amplo, boa ventilação, toalhas novas e excelente ducha. Corredor tem lâmpada com sensor de movimento trazendo segurança para quem acorda na madrugada. Cozinha com vários utensílios, não fizemos comida, mas tinham panelas, Frigobar com congelador, forno de micro ondas, torradeira, chaleira elétrica, pratos, diversos tipos de copos e talheres higienizados. Uma mesa com 4 cadeiras, centos e alcool em gel. Fiquei no apartamento de 1 quarto que tinha uma boa cama, roupas de cama novas, armário, pequena mesa e ar condicionado. Uma ampla sala com 2 ambientes, num ambiente uma cama de casal e dois criados mudos, no outro ambiente um sofá cama para 2 pessoas, televisão, armário e ar condicionado. Uma surpresa muito positiva quando chegamos foi encontrar água de cortesia no frigobar, demonstrando a atenção e a preocupação com o hóspede.

intérieur de l’appartement parfait
L’appartement est magnifique et spacieux. Idéalement situé à proximité des quartiers touristiques. Par contre, il reste situé dans le centre d’Athènes. À notre arrivée, une partie de nos bagages a été dérobée. Une arrivée à Athènes difficile pour nous mais l’appartement reste un excellent produit.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Beautiful suite, all necessary amenities and more were available. Wonderful view and very comfortable room. So close to Syntagma square and the city centre. Very accessible. Very easy check-in and check-out. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

The apt was nice but the shower was just too small. Otherwise it was ok. The bed is a bit uncomfortable. The area is well located to all the pubs and restaurants.

Απλά άψογο. Ευρύχωρο, άνετο, ζεστό, καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις, ότι χρειάζεται ο σύγχρονος άνθρωπος για την διαμονή του και όχι μόνο. Ένα κανονικό διαμέρισμα, με την μηχανή του εσπρέσο, φίλτρου, βραστήρας, για να μην πολυλογώ τα πάντα ακόμα και για μαγείρεμα. Ίντερνετ ευρύχωρο μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα), εξυπηρέτηση άριστη και από το Μοναστηράκι μετά βίας 5'. Με κέρδισαν ως πελάτη....Τέλος τα ξενοδοχεία...

Clean and stylish, and Medina was super friendly and helpful- they also provide a nice guide with all the local spots and ancient sites to visit. Loads of restaurants and supermarkets in the area as well.
