Reviews like "Amazing apartment. I think the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in over the last ten years" among others cannot be wrong! Look out a picture window and see the Parthenon framed like a postcard. Step onto the terrace for a more panoramic view of the city and distant hills. Light pours into this apartment all day long, making it an inspiring place to begin an adventure.



Note: the A/C is fully working only when then windows are close.



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony

The host was so accommodating with a couple last min changes. They were wonderful to work with. The apartment is great. The view was amazing and it is centralized enought to get anywhere you may need to go. The metro and bus lines are a easy walk and downtown is basically outside your door. I will be using this location again when back in greece and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay a couple nights.

Fantastic Acropolis views from both the living space and the balcony were the undisputed highlights of the flat. Location was excellent to access pretty much all the main Athens sites, and conveniently located a short walk from the metro station with direct airport access. Area looks a bit rough with graffiti and such but is heavily gentrified and very lively and safe. Flat itself was a basic studio, minimal kitchen equipment and supply but with nice sofa to enjoy great view.

Beautiful little studio apartment in the heart of Athens. The management team is excellent and offered many services. We used them for transfer from the airport which was seamless. The view of the acropolis is breathtaking. Many restaurants and shops surround the apartment. Great location to see the heart of the city!

Central location and amazing view

My first time visiting Greece and this property was a great location to start my stay in Athens. Because it's very close to Monastiraki square and many local bars/restaurants, it can be quite noisy at night (especially if you're a light sleeper), but the windows block out most of it when they're fully closed. Check-in was straightforward and easy. Complaints: When I arrived, there were used band-aids taped to the back of the bathroom door. Although George did offer cleaning service after informing him, it made me doubt that the entire apartment was actually fully cleaned before my arrival. TV also stopped working after the first day for some reason. Sound was on, but picture/screen did not show anything. Last, there were only 2 thin pillows available, not 4 like the pictures show. Luckily I was solo so I used both to make it as fluffy as possible, but it would have been a problem if another guest came along. Value for the property could be a tiny bit better, but the view you get makes it not so bad!

Great location, amazing view!

The property itself was super sweet for our 2 day stay and had amazing view of Acropolis! There was a little error with our check-in though. The wrong keys had been placed in the lockbox for us, but luckily we booked a ride through the host company and the driver was able to get the right keys. Yes we had a later after business hours check in time (Sunday at 6:00PM) but if we did not have the ride booked or the driver's number what would we have done? There was no emergency number and the host did not respond to me until later the following day.

Perfect spot

We loved this place! So comfy and nice with a perfect view! The balcony is huge for relaxing out there and it is in the best location. Super close to plenty of places to walk to for food, drinks, coffee, etc! Definitely recommend!

Honeymoon in Athens

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect for us. The room is perfect for 2, with a beautiful view during the day and night. Located next to amazing restaurants and bars in a very cultural part of Athens. Easy walking to shops, the metro, and all of the archeological sites Athens offers. We felt very safe here. George was an outstanding host, provided excellent recommendations and helped with anything that we needed. We plan to stay here again during our next trip back to Athens.

Spectacular View Of Acropolis

We stayed for seven days in this lovely studio that is perfectly situated in the heart of the Monastiraki/Psyri neighborhood. It is conveniently located a few blocks from a direct metro line to the airport and easy walking distance to all the Athens monuments. A safe area with lovely restaurants, shopping and clubs are just out the door. We would without hesitation stay her again. Perfect for one or two people.

We had a delightful stay at the holiday apartment in Athens. The breathtaking view of the Acropolis, combined with ample natural light and fresh air, created a serene atmosphere. Stunning views, perfect location, hidden gem close to Acropolis!!!

Our experience started at the airport with a prearranged transfer to the property. George arranged transfer with a gentlemen named John who gave us his incredible insight on our way to the apartment. John was an awesome “tour guide” and gave great recommendations about where/what to eat, what the must sees are, and overall made us feel very welcome after a long travel day. This area of Athens is well tattooed with local “artwork” but the streets hosted several large murals that gave the area a very modern/hip feel. The “artwork” itself is only the surface of the hidden gem that is this apartment. We found the apartment very well appointed, very clean, and containing several maps of the area. The best word to describe the view from the spacious balcony would be beautiful. Beautiful sunset when we first arrived, beautiful view of the Acropolis lit up at night, and the sounds coming from the local eateries just a few steps away really set the mood. Absolutely perfect in every way. The location of the apartment is just great. We were steps away from a wide assortment of restaurants with terrific food, bars with cold beer, and all the shopping you could ask for. 15 minute walk up to the walls of the Acropolis at our pace. Spent the day touring all around and stopped by one of the awesome local restaurants for a cold beer and excellent food before calling it a night. This apartment is a hidden gem! Great location to anything you’d like to visit while in Athens. 3 blocks from the Metro. Perfect area for eating, shopping, and all the other touristy things. Cherry on top was the view which is just breathtaking. Ask for John to provide transfers if needed!!

Perfect place to stay

We were nervous booking this property since there were no reviews...but we are so glad we did. Wonderfully appointed, sparkling clean, and freshly remodeled. Right in the perfect spot for all the best restaurants. Plus, there isn’t a better view of the Acropolis in Athens.
