In the heart of Athens, at the place where one can admire the jewels of ancient Greek civilization, this luxury apartment on the 4th floor of a building designed by the famous Greek architect S.Staikos will surely offer visitors a thrilling stay. There is a lift, as well as a wide stairway near the main entrance. The apartment’s simple, yet modern interior design complimented by the predominant element of marble, just below the Acropolis, creates a magical setting; ideal for business or family trips, offering relaxation and tranquillity. The Acropolis is in plain view of the beautiful balcony, almost within reach. Furthermore, we ensure the most comfortable stay and high quality services.

The historic centre of Athens includes some of the most exquisite samples of Greek and World cultural heritage. The large, comfortable balcony of the apartment, which is located at the wonderful neighbourhood called Koukaki, offers a spectacular view of the Acropolis (the wonder of ancient Greek civilization within walking distance), the Acropolis Museum, Makrygiannis Military camp and the legendary Theatre of Dionysus, the first stone theater ever built and, supposedly, birthplace of Greek tragedy. They comprise a truly breathtaking view.

In a just a few minutes of walking distance are the famous Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, as well as the famous Panathenaic Stadium. Neighbouring, is the area of Plaka full with picturesque alleys, charming restaurants, taverns and wonderful neoclassical houses. The subway (Metro) station is located right next to the apartment and offers the easiest way to get around the city of Athens and its suburbs and explore every corner. It connects directly to Athens International Airport and the Port of Piraeus.

Frisos Acropolis apartment is truly a luxury apartment, just like the pictures! The view of the Acropolis is second to none. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking whatever you want. The fridge had many items for breakfast and snacks. There is an instruction guide full of information and even some grocery and restaurant recommendations. Communications with Yannis and his associates were excellent. We were greeted promptly upon our arrival and shown around the apartment. It is perfectly located across from the Metro station, next to the Acropolis Museum and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and of course, the Acropolis. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Absolutely amazing apartment in Athens!

This apartment is amazing - location and property! The kitchen was stocked with essentials including breakfast food! Also stocked with many types of glasses, coffee cups and dishes! The apartment is right across from the Acropolis hill and the view from the terrace was spectacular! The host was very helpful with checking in and with questions we had. A very short walk to shops and restaurants as well! We would definitely recommend this property!

This was a fun place to hang out and enjoy the Acropolis view. It is situated in a wonderful location very close to the historic sites and museums. The kitchen is well stocked, and the apartment is very large with lots of space.

Great location and lovely property

We weee with another couple this two bedroom beautiful apartment centrally located in the heart of the Parthenon district was perfect. Tiny elevator but great to send all 4 luggage up with one person. The home had all we could ask for wish we were there longer to enjoy it. Main front door to building was the only challenge as it is old and a bit challenging but we would absolutely come back! Highly Recommend

Gorgeous Apartment

We LOVE this Athens apartment! My family of 4 stayed comfortably at this apartment after a cruise which ended in Athens. This property was exactly as listed and more than we expected. A perfect way to end a long vacation. The apartment is pristine! The host, Yannis was especially conscientious and kind. Check in was a breeze and he explained all we needed to know about the property. He left special treats for us which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking if desired. We loved the panini maker! The apartment is perfectly situated for walks to amazing restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Everything we needed was walking distance. There are close by grocery stores. The Parthenon is a block away and the museum is across the street. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the terrace with exceptional views of the Parthenon and evening twinkling city lights. And an added bonus was the melodious street music playing throughout the evening. This place is perfect! We definitely would recommend this apartment.

Amazing and Amazed

The property was just as advertised the view was stunningly beautiful. The walk to the Acropolis was literally 1/2 block from the front door. There are restaurants were at your front door if you didn’t want to venture out. We did both and loved every minute. Our HOST was beyond gracious, and accommodating. We would stay here again in a minute!!!!

This property was amazing! Very central location, we could walk to everything. Yannis, the host was super responsive and helpful, even with restaurant suggestions. Out vrbo was just like it was shown in the photos. Beautiful deck. Amazing view of the Parthenon. Two very nice bedrooms with their oun bath. There is even a separate secret powder room. It is on the 4th floor so a little stair climbing but there is also an elevator. I would stay here again

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. It was exceptionally clean, modern, fun!! Loved the area. At night you can see the Acropolis museum lit up from your window - an unexpected treat! And then, of course, the gorgeous views of the Acropolis!! Check in was easy and thorough. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Apartment with great location in Plaka neighborhood, across the street from metro line station and Acropolis museum, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, with a few small grocery stores located nearby. Amazing views of the Acropolis from large balcony, which features retractable awnings that came in handy to provide shade during middle of day and allowed us to stay dry while sitting outside during a light rain. Parthenon is awesome at night as it is entirely lighted atop the Acropolis, and is visible from one of the bedrooms. Very nicely equipped kitchen, which we put to use several times. The two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Given the request not to flush toilet paper due to the plumbing issuing plaguing Athens, daily or every other day housekeeping would have been nice. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for any stay in Athens.

The apartment is just as described. It is very well stocked and equipped. The view is beyond belief. My only note would be that there is limited vehicle access to the area, so if you arrive by car, you will have a bit of a walk to get to the building.

Perfect stay in Athens

This is by far the nicest rental property we have stayed at in Athens and we have been to many over the years. The location truly can't be beat and the view is breathtaking. We were surprised by how quiet it was at night, even with all the activity nearby. It was nice to be able to walk downstairs and have so many options for coffee/breakfast in the morning, though I will say the kitchen was so generously stocked with fruit/bread/jam/coffee that we probably didn't need to go downstairs! Beds are comfortable. Constantine made the check-in/out process very easy for us. We will definitely be back (can't imagine staying anywhere else now!).

Great apartment in heart of Athens

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Acropolis. The apartment was very modern, well-equipped and perfectly located for walking to major sites in the city. We had a minor incident regarding getting directions to the apartment, which we received the day before our arrival, but other than that everything was top notch.
