Our apartment is fully-renovated (June 2022) and centrally located, just 300m from the Parthenon and Acropolis Museum. Within a 5-minute walking distance from all historical monuments and attractions such as the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Temple of Zeus, National Museum of Contemporary Art and Plaka. Fully equipped with brand-new furniture, king-size mattresses, floors and ceiling lights, the apt provides a spacious living room designed in an elegant fashion. The apartment was fantastic and in a perfect location. It was actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. George was a fantastic host and very helpful with recommendations. Great location. Great host.
This property is exactly as presented online: very convenient for the Acropolis, Plaka and major historic sites. The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. The host, George, may be the best VRBO host I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, offering us a quick walking tour of the neighborhood upon arrival. It lasted almost an hour and helped us get our bearings. We appreciated his personal suggestions for neighborhood dining, all great choices. Were I to return I’d seek out this ideal spot.

Incredible place
Our stay at George's vacation rental was exceptional. He went above and beyond, offering a personal tour of the neighborhood and recommending fantastic dining options. George is truly one of the kindest hosts we've ever encountered. The accommodations were impeccably clean, comfortable, and in a prime location. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this apartment. If you’re fortunate enough to have George as your host, you’re in for a wonderful experience. We feel truly grateful for his hospitality and will definitely be returning!

This is a beautiful place - lots of room, clean, and classy. George is a great host - all of his restaurants choices were great. He was there keeping a parking spot open for us! The apartment is close to everything - we had great walks. We would stay here again. Thanks George!

The apartment was very nice, modern, clean, comfortable and perfectly located... Just a few minutes from the Acropolis and great restaurants. But I think the best part of our vacation was our host George because he helped us have the best experience on our first time visiting Athens. He was very polite, helpful and available for any questions we had. Gave us the best recommendations for places to visit, best restaurant near by and even arranged transportation from the airport and also to the port. We are so grateful for George and his beautiful apartment... can't wait to go back to Athens and stay in one of his places again. Best experience ever!!!!

Excellent
If you are visiting the main tourist attraction sites in Athens, this is the place for you. Easy walk to the Acropolis, museum, Syntagma Square, literally everything!
We normally like to use the metro when traveling, but it wasn't necessary because we were so close to everything.
George will take care of you like no other host we have ever encountered. He will make sure you are comfortable, know where to eat, know what is going on so you can decide what exactly you want to see and do. So easy to reach and responds instantly.
Our family of four was so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Athens.
Highly recommend this property!

Outstanding apartment and service
Superb apartment in a great location for seeing the sights in central Athens.
The apartment is spacious and the standard of furnishings and decor is high. A very comfortable place to stay. Everything worked as it should.
George was an amazing host. Great communication from booking to checkout and after he couldn’t do enough to help. He looked after our airport transfer arrangements, provided all the information on the apartment and also help and advise on how to use our time in Athens well and suggestions for our onward stay in Greece. Simply outstanding service.

Great Place Great Host
What a great place to stay. So close to shopping, dining, and the ruins. Everything in all the previous 5 star reviews is true! George (the host) makes everything easy from check in to check out. He is always available and even reaches out from time to time to make sure everything is going well with your stay. He provides recommendations and finds a driver for you should you need one. Don’t miss out on this place. I’m quite certain this place will book up quickly.

Wonderful experience
George was very helpful and kept communication with us from time of booking and even after our stay. We would highly recommend this host and the property. The location was perfect, just around the corner from Divani Acropolis Hotel where our friend needed to be. This made our process of getting there to take a bus very simple. Unit had many anemities as well as a beautiful patio, good security. But most of all, George was readily available to help us during our stay, even if it was only for a couple of days.

Great property and neighborhood
Loved this neighborhood. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Also walking distance to most of the Athens attractions. Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. George was so helpful and friendly. The only thing to be aware of is because the apartment uses solar hot water heater (which is wonderful to be eco-friendly!), if it is not a very sunny day, hot water may run out and you have to turn on the backup electric water heater. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Perfect spot near Acropolis

Great location, Walking distance to all sights. The apartment is fully furnished. Grocery store, restaurants and shops. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but have never had the pleasant of a more cordial, responsive & helpful owner than George. Central Athens Gem
If you are looking for a rental in Athens, look no further. The property is centrally located, only minutes away from the Acropolis and Metro station. It is beautifully appointed, recently renovated, with the comfiest beds and all the little things to make your stay comfortable. George, the ultimate host, was prompt in all of our communication prior to arrival, and was there to personally welcome us. Throughout our stay, George was available to answer questions, make suggestions for dining and shopping, and to ensure that we were having a great time. He was prompt to provide us with any assistance needed. We loved our stay with George, and look forward to future visits at his apartment. As a testament to his warm, friendly personality, we now consider George a friend.

Magnifique! Fabulous!
Cet appartement est très bien localisé, tout se fait à pied, Acropole, Plaka etc.. Très confortable avec deux grandes chambres climatisées. Il y a une terrasse privée extérieure et tout est propre et neuf!! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l'Hôte Giorgios est vraiment gentil. Il nous a donné pleins de conseils pour notre séjour. J'y retournerais n'importe quand!!

Excellent Experience and Fantastic Location & Host
The apt is recently renovated and in excellent condition. The location is fantastic and near all the excitement and attractions. The neighborhood is filled with coffee and pastry shops, bars and anything else you need. We felt very safe walking in the evenings. We had great communication with our host. He checked on us frequently and provided many helpful suggestions and guidance. You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Great apartment in great location!
This apartment is very spacious and clean! Very comfortable for a family or two couples to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the AC works well but the apartment is cool on its own. We loved the location! So close to restaurants, bars, coffee, bakery, and of course all of the Athens sites. Most importantly, George was a pleasure to work with and is a great host! We will stay here again!
