Drear Celso,Thank you for your review.We appreciate all forms of feedback and it is only through constructive feedback we are able to further enhance the overall experience at Philippos hotel.We always take our guests' complaints seriously and, specifically in your case,the front desk staff explained to you how the central cooling system in the hotel operates and that the temperature is already set and cannot be changed. The front desk staff made everything possible to help you feel cooler, providing a fan for you to use in your room.The next morning, the A/C was checked by our maintenance team and was found operating according to the hotel's standards.After discussing the matter again with you, we remember you saying that the room is cool indeed, but not cold enough for you.Then we have offered you to be relocated to another room or even be upgraded to our 4* sister property hotel. You declined.Finally, on your check-out, a 20% discount was made on your laundry charges as a gesture of goodwill for your disatisfaction.We deeply regret that, no matter all our efforts, we couldn't make you feel better and we hope to have the chance to welcome you again at our property and get the chance to serve you much better.
