Great hotel in best location

First of all we were able to check in a little early which is always a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms (it’s a suite) were huge! The location couldn’t have been better. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping and atmosphere. Elevator is small but we never had to wait. When returning to Athens this is where we will stay.

The apartment and staff were amazing. The ONLY downfall is the street noise. There is a bar right across the street and it is NOISY until the wee hours of the morning. If you can’t sleep with noise, ear plugs, or ear buds in, I wouldn’t book here

We had a 2 night stay before leaving Greece and were very happy with our choice. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was delicious and had vegan and vegetarian options. The only issue we had was the wifi was very weak and only worked when we were on our balcony. The location was ideal for bars, restaurants, shopping, and walking distance to a lot of landmarks, including the Acropolis and museum. Definite recommend.

Ridiculously noisy till 2-3:30am every night

The best thing about this place is the location, as it is centrally located and walkable to everything. Also, the included breakfast at The Brunchers was lovely, and the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. That being said, there is a ridiculously noisy bar with outdoor seating located directly across the very narrow street that is open till 3:30am on weekends & 2am on weekdays. It is very very very noisy, so if you do book here you need earplugs which are not provided to sleep. Also, the bed and pillows were hard as a rock and not at all comfortable. In Greece you are apparently not supposed to flush toilet paper, but the only trash can provided was tiny, so that was weird. I personally would not stay here again, and I do feel they should disclose that they are directly across from an outdoor noisy bar.

Room was ok, though not super clean. Girls in the reception were very friendly and helpful. You have to turn on a waterheater 15-20mins before showering. Opt out of breakfeast when booking, and just find a nice cafe in the surrounding area. Location of the hotel is superb. Would visit again.

Pre Cruise Stay

We were in Athens to embark on a cruise and stayed at the artisan suites for three days before going on the cruise. The location is very central to the restaurant and bar district so it is very easy to walk to dozens of great restaurants and bars. Also an easy walk to the Acropolis. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.
