The front desk staff was helpful and courteous and the server in the restaurant was absolutely awesome. Comfortable hotel with what would have been a good location if the streets used to get to the hotel were not currently under construction. Made the walk at 5 AM with luggage to get to our transportation really different (not hotel’s fault obviously). Very nice stay.

The staff is very nice, but the property is definitely not worth the price. We had issues with the AC unit, which they tried to tell us if they can the central AC was not turned on. Did not make any sense. We didn’t sleep at all as it was very hot in our room. We also had issues with the construction outside our hotel. The location is extremely loud so you can forget about sleeping as there is a very loud restaurant right outside the hotel door blasting music until all hours of the night. The photos of this hotel are very deceiving online. It is definitely not luxurious. For the money I spent, I am very disappointed in the accommodations. Save yourself some money and stay elsewhere!

All aspects of our stay were excellent starting with the friendly, courteous and helpful front desk, the pleasant and surprise room upgrade and fine inhouse restaurant. The rooftop bar has a lovely view of the Acropolis, especially at night. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at the Pinnacle hotel Athens. Every element was perfect..Amazing and the most helpful staff that I have meet. They would help you with everything in the most friendly way. Nice and cosy rooms and a rooftop restaurant the a view to the next door nabour Akopolis. Lots to choose from at the breakfast buffet at the wonderful hotels in the absolut center of Athen. 10 mins walk to everything. We will be visiting again as soon as possible. Enjoy your stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pinnacle Athens, even though it was short. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop—having 24-hour access with stunning views of the Acropolis and Parthenon was truly unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything felt smooth and well organized from the moment we arrived. The private transportation arrangements were handled perfectly, which was especially important given our tight schedule. The rooms were well-equipped with great amenities, and we really appreciated the comfort and thoughtful details throughout our stay. Overall, we loved our experience and would highly recommend Pinnacle Athens to anyone visiting the city! We wish we could have spent more time there!
