Iā€™d definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food delicious. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but wish I could have stayed longer!

This property was really niceā€¦once. I was bothered by how many things needed attention like a broken tile/ wallpaper peeling/ big chip in the desk. Other than this, the location was fantastic, very clean, staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel as an easy location.

Stayed for 7 nights the first night there was what I found out to be a ā€œtravelerā€ wedding which was extremely loud until nearly 6 am. Didnā€™t complain cause those people are dangerous. The lack of AC in the rooms and there being like 7 channels on the TV was annoying. Oh and if you want room service past like 9:00pm was given the option of a ham sandwich or a pizza the staff literally yold me Iā€™d be better off ordering take out so I did.The stay was fine but I was disappointed seeing as Iā€™ll be back in Athlone regularly was hoping this would have been the place to stay but I think Iā€™ll be checking out the Sheraton next time.
