Property is close to everything needed. However, the neighborhood is one of Decatur not so well areas. Property is nice just little things that can be done to improve the property. However, overall would recommended to others...

Mom’s 50th birthday

I found this place 3 weeks before my mom’s birthday. I was happy to of found it. The pictures don’t do it justice. It truly is a beautiful house. Pros: Beautiful home Quiet neighborhood Large layout; enough space and privacy for 5 couples Pet friendly Garage for extra parking space Large fenced backyard Large kitchen Large rooftop balcony Cons: Poor communication with management - there’s 4/5 members of management for this property, however when I was placing my reservation it took a long time to receive a response to my questions, if I received one at all. When we arrived, I had to inquire about how to access the home because I didn’t receive instructions on how to do so, and that took about an hour. One of the rooms had no electricity, I contacted them and received no response until morning. We had to double up one of the other rooms. Unfortunately, the only time we received an absurd amount of messages and phone calls was when one of the managers thought we were having a party in the home (which I mentioned several times in the initial messages and phone calls that we were not doing that there). He kept calling while we were at my mother’s party, we hadn’t even checked in to the house yet. Then when we were having issues in the home, no response. Then when it’s time for us to leave, I kept getting calls and text messages asking if I wanted to stay longer. They even called after check out hours. I didn’t like that part at all.

Amazing Property

This house is amazing. The pics do it no justice at all. Huge space, very clean, plenty of room. Everything was updated & worked well. Great beds, luxurious bathrooms, lots of seating. Truly the nicest VRBO I’ve been in.
