「This was a nice spot to be out there and take in nature. Not luxurious but nice accommodations. Property manager was great to communicate. Range was awesome. Not too far to get to what you need - many options about 20 away from the house. 」

「We were in Beautiful Winfield to drop our son off at Southwestern College. We chose this because well 1 it was convenient to everyone, and 2 because it was clean. We enjoyed our stay, it was great having such an amazing place to work through the emotions of leaving your kids at college for the first time. We had plenty of space and fresh coffee for the morning. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone we can. Thanks Mike」

「Well cared for home in quiet neighborhood. All amenities needed for our stay and super convenient. Communication was excellent and prompt. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive...

「Book it! This house has been beautifully remodeled and makes great use of its space. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending our son’s basketball tournament in Wichita. Andover was perfect to be in a smaller community that still had plenty of places to shop and eat while still being very close to our gym in Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and it’s very easy to get on the highway to head into Wichita. We walked to the Braum’s that’s super close two nights and the boys...

「The house felt like home! Location was perfect for our families adventures. The house was clean and well put together. The rooms were perfect and the master was great! The property manager notified me of everything I needed to make my stay perfect! They were quick to respond to my messages and questions and really took care of us and our needs! I definitely recommend this house as a perfect way to get away! 」

「The is house was very clean, simple and nice. We usually travel with our own pillows because we’ll everyone loves there own pillows. I had to use a few but they were nice! Host was great and will book again. 」
