「The apartment was nice size, I had marked on my application that I was handicapped and being on the second floor was a little problematic. The bed in the master bedroom was a torture rack, after a few hours we discovered that the twin beds were much more comfortable and that is where we slept. But the twin beds are noisy when you attempt to change positions. The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is lose and needs attention. I was really astounded that the sliding glass door was still in a state...

「Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.」

「Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊」

「Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!」

「Several old high school friends from 50 years ago got together for a long weekend and to attend shrimp fest. One of the friends has lived down here for the past 45 years. The trip was a lot of fun and we could not have asked for a better property than this one! Location was perfect and so close to the beach! 「This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon.」

「The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit.
