“Nice small condo on the bay side with your own private dock. Perfect for fishing, crabbing or taking a quick swim. It was perfect for my wife and I with our dog. Great sunsets and close to everything. We will be back again!”

“The property was in a nice location however parking is a bit tricky. The owners however do have two parking permits which allowed us to park right by the boardwalk entrance. The 3rd floor walk up is a bit of exercise especially when carrying bags but it’s do able. On the first morning my friends encountered a Mickey who just wanted to say hello, we realized not to leave any food out after that day. The closets could use some hangers and maybe somewhere to store our clothes other that on top of……

“the host didn’t respond to my messages when asking about check in, called the host and the number given was completely wrong, and the location of the place was unclear. I asked if there was a code or some sort of lock box with a key and all the host said was “there’s a code” even though check in was the next day. Ended up calling vrbo for a refund and canceled the trip because the host is impossible to get in contact with.”

“The property was clean and was in a great area. The heating system was excellent and I appreciated having access to the balcony outside of the bedroom. Appreciated having TVs in bedroom and living room. Here are some very minor suggestions: provide extra wash cloths, provide an extra roll of paper towels, an unopened bottle of handsoap for bathroom, pot holders in kitchen, an iron and ironing board. These are minor suggestions but they would not preclude me from reserving property again. ”

“The unit and the location are wonderful. The interior seems brand new with modern finishes throughout. You feel as if you're the first one staying there. It's a dream location for the beach and boardwalk, so you likely will not be inside much, but when you are, it's a joy and surprisingly quiet for how close you are to the action. Management was very quick to respond to any questions by text.”
