Great 3 bedrooms/1.5 bath with open ocean views in the Gold Coast area. Third house from the beach and boardwalk with no streets to cross. Enjoy watching ocean from your specious covered porch. Close to shops, restaurants and recreation facilities. Enclosed outside shower, separate laundry room, well equipped kitchen, central air conditioning. Property provides beach chairs and pack and play for your convenience. Great professionally decorated place to make your Ocean City memories! Linens are not provided with this rental.

OC Boardwalk Property

This is a great property right off the Ocean City NJ boardwalk. I have three kids (12, 14, and 16). They had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity and access to the OCNJ boardwalk. The property is footsteps from the beach and the property was accurately described in the listing.

great location!

our stay was very pleasant. you can't beat the location of the home. it's steps away from the board walk, with direct access to the beach front. street parking was easy for us, perhaps b/c we are off season. the unit was clean. host communication was prompt and check in was very easy. We would recommend this unit to any family who's first time visitors to ocean city.

Family trip

The location was great. So close to the boardwalk & beach which was exactly what we needed as we had an infant with us & did not want to walk far to stroll the boardwalk or go to the beach. Spacious enough so that we all had our own space & yet could gather in the living/dining room . Other pros: Was so convenient to have a washer&dryer. A full kitchen with dishwasher and a second 1/2 bath. The beds were comfortable for the most part. We appreciated the ease of check in and the attentive response of the owner to our questions before our stay, and even during our stay when the power went out due to circuit breaker issues with the neighboring unit . Some cons: was not aware that the outside shower did not have hot water, have stayed in many beach condos & with 3 woman in our group it is a great help to have that convenience! The outside balcony was wonderful to have but could use a new table as the present one has a lot of rust . The condo has a pack and play ,we didn’t bring ours but should have because the one provided was a much older model & not easy to assemble. Beach chairs that were provided were also older & could use an update. Overall a nice place to stay in ocean city that I would recommend to others.

Perfect small family beach spot

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and was extremely convenient. Walking distance to everything and steps from the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of cookware that is high quality. Only downside is some difficulty finding street parking during busy season.

Perfect location!

We decided for a quick impromptu weekend at the beach with our two toddlers and this property was perfect for our needs! Very clean and updated, comfortable beds/pillows, ocean view from our deck, and the beach entrance steps from the front door - literally. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive! We’ll be back!
