There wasnt a working TV in the room, which was brought to the hotels attention, but nothing was done about it. No room change, no credit, just "oh, sorry". Not ok considering the price of the hotel, with an additional parking fee not mentioned when booking. Booked hotel in advance, figuring that would be the best price, yet someone walked in and booked a room for $70 less than we paid, and no help from customer service yet again. I can say with the appreciation we received from choosing your establishment, that this will be the last visit to one of your establishments.

I was by myself so questioned the area I realized was around me as I didn't feel I should walk around by myself, so ended up driving each day, but the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The facilities itself is old but very clean. I was in the area for three days/two nights.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location. However, my first room had a broken toilet they attempted to fix. We had to be moved to a different room, which had not been cleaned properly. We found food in the pull out bed. Most of the outlets in the room did not work, we had to share 2 outlets(1 of which was faulty) amongst 4 people. The breakfast area was decent, however they would run out of items and you were left with what was available. The lady managing the breakfast area allowed some people to do what they wanted while others had to wait for her. The wait time for waffles were ridiculous and lines were always long.

We stayed here for a tournament, since it was last minute this was the only hotel available. The location is not the greatest, didn’t feel very safe. But I was about a 20 walk to the convention center and the outlets. I only walked during the day and Ubered back in the evening for safety reasons. Even though the hotel is run down, the rooms are actually really clean and they keep the hotel clean. Breakfast is decent and included in the price. The ladies who run the breakfast are super sweet and make sure you have anything you need

I didnt like how our room was 55°! We reserved our room we'd expect it to be warm. Then we had problems getting the heat in that room to work. They moved us to a different room. It was a pain to pack and unload all our stuff again but glad we did bc the heat in the new room worked great. That's until day 2 when the power went out. I understand its a summer tourist area but living in NJ this hotel should be prepared for winter accommodations as well. It took about 30 mins for the power to turn back on. Kept blaming the heat and the electrical issues on the weather. I was there for cheer competition. Even thou they handled the problems fairly quickly. If we have to compete in AC again, I'd go to a different hotel.

I like the fact that hotel gave me a 3rd floor room. On 2nd floor there are rooms where hot water takes a long time to kick in. This was much quicker. Breakfast is always good. Rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable.

Not good place smelled bad Stains all over the place I went to the store to buy stuff to clean the tub front desk has no clue what was going on my credit card company suspected fraudulent activity still dealing with it roaches in the stairwell all around bad place will not stay at a best western again

Atlantic City is not my favorite place in general. The hotel is decent for the money, but you have to pay for parking and included free breakfast is questionable. I mean you either do a good breakfast or just give extra discount on rates.
