We did not stay at the hotel, per our reservation check in was between 11am and 4pm. We got there at 12:30 and were not allow to check in. My daughter had a volleyball tournament at 4 which this was the main reason we wanted to check in earlier. Receptionist was very rude.

There were ants in our hotel room. The bathtub was a graveyard for ants. I stayed there for 3 days and not once was there house keeping. They also changed $10 a day for parking.

Visited January 2024. I’m sure the hotel looked good at one point, but the 2 room, 3 queen suite was very underwhelming. Pictures on booking site are dated. Negatives: Carpets were filthy, pictures missing from wall, sink clogged, shower water didn’t stay hot, room doors were thin. Positives: Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, pool was heated and well maintained. Neutral: breakfast options weren’t amazing, but no major issues.

The parking fee is absolutely ridiculous. Where else should we park? The concierge had no idea what an infant crib was, even though it’s offered online. Besides that, the room was clean and spacious and the property felt safe.

Took about 20 minutes to check in…even though I made a reservation days ahead of time. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the strong odor of bug spray. Our room, which had an unlocked window on the ground floor, was ice cold when we arrived. Also, they now charge $10. just to park, so figure that into their rate. The room was very run down, and I wouldn’t use the tub if you paid me. The bed was comfortable enough though, once the room warmed up a half hour later. I gave this property a very good review last time, unfortunately I can’t do that this time around.

Room size was good, breakfast was decent. Staff needs training: Someone at the reception first didn't run the credit card properly during checking in for the $100 deposit they needed. Then the manager knocked the room complaining that i didn't pick up the phone and she had to stop by. Requested to meet at the checkin counter to process the needed deposit again. They also needed $20 for every hour we need to extend the stay beyond 11am while the hotel was not busy. Hotel condition: Window insect screen had tapes, bathroom tub stopper was left on the tub along with used shampoo bottle. Shower pressure was very bad, way beyond green earth settings. The indoor swimming pool room is ok and can easily get crowded if there are two families.

The building was ABSOLUTELY disgusting, from torn screens all over the building too the absolutely filthy bathroom/ room. We found a empty what appeared to be drug bag of some sort on our floor along with some Cherrios.. there was mold underneath the sinks as well as the ice machine. The ice machine literally had brown sludge on the outside of it. Can you imagine the inside… Scary. I can go on and on. the worst of it all was the follow up from Uper management. There wasn’t any. I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my entire life.

Dirty, understaffed, poor management. Our beds had hair in them, no house keeping to change sheets, no other room available. The walls and floors are dirty. Used tissues in our room. They wouldn’t refund us so we could stay somewhere cleaner. There was one staff person in the hotel. They lied about a manager being available the following day. Everyone we spoke to said they can’t help us. One front desk clerk said I’m a single mom-I’m not dealing with helping you and hung up. Expedia tried to get the hotel to refund us and the manager would not speak with Expedia. Not a great neighborhood at night-loud road traffic and people outside. This hotel does not care about making your stay nice. They just want your money and do the bare minimum if that.
