The rooms need an upgrade. The water pressure was low. It wasn’t very easy to get in the hot tub. There were light switches that weren’t hooked up to anything. The walls need to get fixed. We know it’s an old hotel but could be fixed up. Next time we come down… we won’t be staying there.

They should honestly update the pictures. Complete false advertisement. The room we had, had iron burns in multiple spots on the carpet, no microwave, just really overall didn’t look clean even if it was.

Hotel from hell …. Save your money.
It was horrible. The gentleman could not speak. English would not move his car so we could park in the spot that we parked since we pulled in… It was on the walls, the showerhead, three floor mats down on it the ceiling with tall water, log dip, mildew all around the door horrible. The price worked for us since we were not staying long would not be spending a lot of time in the room. The room was clean but outdated. Major water damage. It was noisy due to traffic - not necessarily the hotels fault. Gentleman working the front desk was very very accommodating as we had booked a smoking room and on his end it was non smoking. He adjusted it at no extra cost for us and gave a good parking spot. Overall not bad for what we paid for. Pretty close to the boardwalk

Title: Disappointing Stay at Econo Lodge Atlantic City - Unacceptable Level of Cleanliness Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent experience at Econo Lodge Atlantic City was extremely disappointing, as the cleanliness of the rooms fell far below acceptable standards. Upon entering my assigned room, I was immediately greeted by a foul odor that permeated the entire space. The presence of dirt, dust, and stains on various surfaces were prominent, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. The carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed in quite some time, and I noticed a layer of grime on the furniture and bathroom fixtures. The bed linens also left much to be desired. They appeared worn and had visible stains, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable during my stay. The bathroom was no exception, with dirty sinks, grimy tiles, and an unpleasant smell that persisted despite my attempts to mask it. The overall condition of the room reflected a lack of maintenance and disregard for proper hygiene. It is evident that the management has not prioritized cleanliness as a fundamental aspect of guest satisfaction, which is disheartening and unacceptable. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the room lacked essential amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult for me to access the Internet and stay connected during my stay. The outdated and malfunctioning air conditioning unit only exacerbated the discomfort caused by the uncleanliness of the room. I

Our room looked like it had not been updated since 1960. It was serviceable and clean, but located over a laundry room which caused the room to vibrate when washers were in use (fortunately that stopped around 7pm).

The rooms were dirty and unsafe, because the safes were rusty. The towels and the sheets were stained and smelly.
