I love this place. I’ve never had a problem until my last visit. A used shampoo bottle was left in my shower as well as the last persons hair. It seems like the ribs aren’t washed out as throughly as they should be. There was a note pad filled with explicit writings that was never taken out of the room which leads to me to assume they didn’t even wipe the night stands down.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The room smelled so musty that my oldest daughter had an asthma attack and we ended up in the emergency room. We never actually ended up staying a single night because it was so awful. We came all the way there for a volleyball tournament that my daughter ended up missing because of the mustiness of the room! I WANT my money refunded for this terrible experience.

Whoever checked us in was so rude and had a nasty attitude . We were checking in for 2 bedrooms and this dude checked us into the first and then we told him about having another room and he got an attitude about why we didn’t say anything about having two rooms ( first I said when I walked in was “we are checking in for 2 bedrooms” ) he then proceed to check us in and asked again for the credit card and ID and started complaining about my card not having visible numbers ( keep in mind that he charged us the first room with the same card and had no issues ) As he gave us the keys we said thank you and he got aggressive staying we can’t leave when we were only saying thank you for only handing us the keys. Nasty attitude and nasty customer service… never coming back

I asked for my room to be thoroughly cleaned because my girlfriend is literally a cleaning boss & I wouldn’t want her to be doing any cleaning on her off day man we get to our room thought it was clean and good come to find out there was a cigarette bud behind the couch I called the lobby to tell them and they were not even in the least bit worried or even cared!!!! That was shocking then I asked for another room and never got it. I even paid for another reservation for a different room they said they were going to call me back when the room was ready which he said would be an hour or 2 and he would let me know it was 11am I never got a call or anything.. I ran around to do some arrands look at the time and it was 5pm no call. Trashiest hospitality ever and they laugh and joke about everything bad that you tell about the room what the hell is going on and over there!! I am calling the health department ASAP and see how they treat they’re paying customers after that!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I have stayed there several times and the person that checked us in wasn't friendly and I asked him if I could have a different room on the 2nd or 3rd floors because I really didn't want to be on the 1st floor and his response was no because they were still cleaning and I didn't check in until after 7PM. The property itself is not lovely, but it's adequate and the staff keeps it clean enough. The restaurant is GREAT if you like Indian food, and I do! A major quality of life issue for me is access to plenty of hot coffee in the morning and you're NOT going to get that here. In your room, you get a little coffee pot with one bag of regular coffee (and one decaf, plus some black tea bags) and NO filters to brew the coffee, NO creamers to lighten the coffee (a moot point, since you get no coffee filters) They have some limited coffee available in the lobby -- I was able to get one small cup of coffee on Saturday morning, but the coffee was all gone Sunday morning at 8:15 am. If you want creature comforts, bring them yourself.

not good at all...room was clean on the surface level, very dirty behind the curtain, bedding and sheets were stained, toilet did not refill after flush, TV would not connect, The phones did not work to reach the front desk, parking area was filthy, Restaurant only serves Indian food, very noisy people slamming doors and loud talking at all hours of the night, had to wait until 4 pm for check in :(
