- Perfect Brigantine beach retreat! This spacious 4BR, 2BA home is just a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. Enjoy a heated pool, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, modern appliances, and YouTube TV in every room. Includes a loft with pull-out couch and 4 beach tags. Minutes from Atlantic City’s boardwalk, casinos, and new waterpark. Comfort, family fun, and coastal charm all in one! (pool is closed from @ Labor Day to Memorial Day). NO PARTIES 🚫. Primary guest must be 25+.

TRASH/RECYCLES get picked up early Monday morning. Please place the bins on the curb on Sunday evening, any time after 4pm.
POOL
We pay a service for care and maintenance, the guys come once a week, usually on Friday. NO DIVING PERMITTED. Pool is heated to 80-82 degrees.
CABLE - YouTube TV is enabled on all TVs. Use the app on the TV to access. Personal logins required for other TV apps.
BEACH TAGS - 4 included
Children 12 years of age and younger do not require a beach tag. If you lose a tag, $25 per lost tag will be deducted from your security deposit. We leave the beach tags in the foyer on the table.
GARAGE - ONLY OPENS HALF WAY
The garage key is in the wooden tray on the foyer table. Turn the key then lift the handle. **GARAGE DOOR ONLY OPENS HALF-WAY – PLEASE DONT TRY AND FORCE IT ALL THE WAY UP**

SOLO STOVE fire pit
DO NOT USE under the deck.
**Please cover when not in use to avoid rust**The fire pit must be allowed to cool before being covered.
GRILL
Webber grill. Pls allow to cool and cover when not in use. Please clean the grill after each use. The grill cleaning brush is provided.
